Mr. Burrows is an Engineering Manager and a Registered Professional Engineer with over thirty years experience. His experience includes work in residential, commercial, and municipal projects. Mr. Burrows has extensive experience in preparation of special reports including hydrology, hydraulics, utilities, and cost analysis. Mr. Burrows has extensive experience in preparation of Conditional Letter of Map Revisions and Letters of Map Revisions working closely with the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). His major emphasis has been in determining solutions to unique engineering challenges associated with private and public sector developments.
