Ms. Ortiz is the Manager of Construction Services and a Registered Professional Engineer. She has over eighteen years of experience in engineering and construction. Ms. Ortiz has expertise in both the design and construction of the erosion control, grading, drainage, roadway, sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer aspects of projects. Her expertise includes construction observation and management; project planning, coordination and scheduling; preparation of construction documents including specifications, construction contracts, and bid documents; and construction contract administration including pay request review, change order processing, and contract closeout. Ms. Ortiz's emphasis has been in both district and private developer projects.
